Red light therapy

Our newest addition. Red Light Therapy is a non-invasive wellness technology that uses targeted red and near-infrared wavelengths to support the body’s natural energy production. Often referred to as photobiomodulation, this approach focuses on helping cells function efficiently and promoting overall vitality and longevity.

At Ozar Wellness House in Century City, Red Light Therapy is offered individually or as a part of the Superhuman Protocol. Our bed (with PEMF integrated), which features 48,000 professional-grade LED lights. Is the last step in the Superhuman Protocol offered at Ozar Wellness House.

How Red Light Therapy Supports the Body

Specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light pass through the skin and reach the mitochondria — the cellular structures responsible for generating ATP (adenosine triphosphate), the body’s primary energy source.

By supporting mitochondrial function, light exposure enhances cellular performance. This process is gentle and does not rely on ultraviolet radiation or extreme heat. Instead, it delivers controlled light energy that the body can absorb comfortably.

Unlike tanning or UV-based therapies, red and near-infrared light do not damage the skin. The experience is designed to feel calming rather than intense.

Why Red Light Therapy at OWH

A typical session lasts approximately 20 minutes. You may lie comfortably in the full-body light bed while the system delivers consistent red and near-infrared wavelengths. Clients frequently describe the experience as:

• Recovered and energetic
• Deeply calming
• Mentally grounding
• Restorative after physical exertion.

Many choose to close their eyes and relax quietly, while others prefer to use glasses and background music during the session.
