Red light therapy

Our newest addition. Red Light Therapy is a non-invasive wellness technology that uses targeted red and near-infrared wavelengths to support the body’s natural energy production. Often referred to as photobiomodulation, this approach focuses on helping cells function efficiently and promoting muscle recovery, circulation, skin health, and inflammation.

At Ozar Wellness House in Los Angeles, Red Light Therapy is available individually or as a part of the Superhuman Protocol. Our professional-grade full-body light bed with integrated PEMF is designed to support performance, recovery and long-term well-being.

How Red Light Therapy Supports the Body

Specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light pass through the skin and reach the mitochondria, the part of the cell responsible for producing energy.

By supporting mitochondrial function, light exposure enhances cellular performance. Instead, it delivers controlled light energy that the body can absorb comfortably.

Unlike tanning or UV-based therapies, red and near-infrared light do not damage the skin. The experience is designed to feel calming rather than intense.

Why Red Light Therapy at OWH

A typical session lasts approximately 20 minutes. You may lie comfortably in the full-body light bed while the system delivers consistent red and near-infrared wavelengths. Clients frequently describe the experience as:

• Recovered and energetic
• Deeply calming
• Mentally grounding
• Restorative after physical exertion.

Many people choose to close their eyes and relax quietly, while others prefer to wear glasses and listen to background music during the session.
